During extremely hot or cold weather, we will not leave an arrangement outside a recipient’s home, even if instructed to do so, because of potential damage to the item. We typically call the recipient to arrange a convenient delivery time. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers and containers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers and containers of equal or greater value. Same day delivery is not available online.
